We appreciate that planning your wedding can be quite a stressful time and plans/appointments can change quite rapidly. Because of this we are happy for you to change any lessons free of charge as long as you give 48 hours notice. Otherwise, payment will be required in full. The discounted packages must be paid upfront and are not refundable after the first lesson.

What We Do
We create bespoke wedding first dances to any song you choose. If your wedding day is approaching, you are worried about that first dance and you think that you have two left feet, do not fear. We are here to lead you on to the floor, with grace, elegance and style, allowing you to wow your friends and family and make your first dance a highlight of your special day.
Every dance we create is carefully tailored to suit your ability, song and natural style. Don’t wait! The biggest complaint we hear couples make is wishing they had started sooner so get in touch with us now.
Our Service and Approach
We know that organising a wedding can be a stressful enough experience already, so we promise that we will not add to this. Most couples find that the time spent during the lessons is a great way to relax and spend some quality time together.
We will carefully discuss your needs before you start, so that we can prepare a routine that fits exactly around your requirements – whether you just want to avoid shuffling around the dance floor, or plan to learn a complex Dirty Dancing Routine! We will allow you to take the dance floor with confidence.
We offer a variety of packages from emergency one off lessons so that you can learn basic steps and avoid the embarrassing shuffle, to a course of lessons to enable you to master your own routine and dance stylishly with grace and confidence. (see packages section below for more details) Dance lessons can take place in the privacy of your own home or at our studio on Witham, Hull.

How much space do we need if we can’t come to the studio?
You don’t need that much, as long as you can spin around without bumping into anything or are able to hold each other with your arms outstretched then you have enough room.
What song shall we choose?
It’s completely your choice! It’s best to choose a song that means something special to you both. If you are having difficulty choosing, please get in touch and we can give you some advice!
What shall we wear?
Initially it is best to wear what you feel most comfortable in. Towards the end of the lessons we recommend you wear the shoes or similar ones that you will be wearing on your wedding day. Don’t worry about the dress – we will discuss with you how restrictive it will be.
We work different hours so how can we arrange lessons to fit our busy schedule?
We can accommodate the lessons within reason to fit with your schedule. Lessons can be held daytimes, evenings and weekends and they don’t have to be held on the same days and times. We also offer back to back 2 hour sessions if you prefer.
Is it a problem that we have never danced before?
Absolutely not! Most couples we teach on claim to have two left feet and no sense of rhythm and after a few lessons they are looking elegant, dancing in time and having fun!
My partner is really scared of having dance lessons, who can I reassure him?
We have been teaching First dance couples for many years and we pride ourselves on reassuring couples who may be nervous. Our teachers are very friendly and patient and will put you at ease straight away. Couples often comment how their dance lessons are the most enjoyable part of their wedding preparations.
